This residential project, set in a historic seaside location, faced the challenge of preserving the building’s unique character while seamlessly blending timeless charm with the contemporary luxury. The goal was to create elegant, modern living spaces that preserve the architectural heritage.
Approach
For this exclusive residential project, OnStudio was chosen to capture the dEMM’s architectural vision to life through a set of 3D visualizations. Our focus was on capturing the dialogue between the historic Manor House and the contemporary lines of the new Main Building. We highlighted the refined materiality – cast-in-place concrete, corten steel, copper, and natural wood – while emphasizing the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. More than just visuals, our work aimed to evoke the atmosphere and lifestyle that define this development.
